An exciting start-up in the employment and training space, Reinforce Solutions harnesses the skills and experiences of Australia’s finest veterans and ex-emergency services personnel, re-trains them and places them in purposeful and meaningful commercial employment. From inception, Harbour Consultants have Project Managed the creation and establishment of Reinforce Solutions, including system design, brand design, creation of a high end prospectus and website, relationship management and strategic advice. Harbour continues this connection through its provision of a General Manager to Reinforce Solutions.

We have been fortunate to have an enduring and significant relationship with HomeFront Australia, which is Australia’s largest home services provider to Veterans. As HomeFront have grown, Harbour have been alongside providing strategic and operational advisory services, as well as formal leadership training and one-on-one mentoring to junior leaders and executives.
Brand Advisor RAP Med
Working hand in hand with ECS Botanics, Australia’s only naturally grown medicinal cannabis company, Harbour Consulting were engaged as Brand Designers for their first foray into the retail sector, specifically targeting support to the veteran community. Together, RAP Med was created, providing end-to-end service to veterans for the prescription and issue of a tailored veteran medicinal cannabis brand.
Partnerships, Strategy, and Engagement services to The Banyans Medical Centre and Total Veteran Healthcare
Harbour Consultants actively facilitated strategic partnerships, enabling The Banyans and Total Veteran Healthcare to expand their clinical referral networks, as well as orient, engage, and access the veteran community. This support has seen extensive growth in weekly new clients, as well as supporting growth into nation-wide service support. Harbour currently holds the role of Head of Partnerships, Strategy, and Engagements, continuing its service.
